Unrecognized Knives...yes, this thread again

I don't like the term underrated because so many knives are very well reviewed by the few that do review them, but what are the knives you think people either forget about or just don't know about in the first place? There are plenty of them out there that I'm a bit surprised you never hear anyone talk about, so let's bring 'em up again here!

For me, A.G. Russell, his company and his designs are all fairly unrecognized in the knife world, but that's a little too general for this thread. For this one, I'll talk specifically about the A.G. Russell Deerhunter.

This is just a fantastic budget slicer. You have a choice of steels, very lightweight, budget friendly as the 'premium' options still cost under $60, extremely efficient blade profile and tougher than you think. I use my all the time, but I still often forget to mention it in recommendations.

If the Deerhunter is a bit big to carry you also have the Bird and Trout and Hunter's Scalpel as nice options. It's probably the best value knife that I NEVER hear anyone mention on this forum.

So what's the knife you think should get more recognition?

I have been trying a few Gerbers (Myth Fixed Blade, Remix, Instant) and a Browning Black Label Pandemonium Folder. All of these are farely recent releases from both companies. Seems like the Gerber steel on these three are a lot better than some of my past experiences over the past five years. I have had a browning fixed blade seven years ago that was junk, but for the dough ($25) this Black Label Pandemonium has been excellent in the woods. All are holding an edge very well. I don't think the Gerber Myth is worth $60, but it is rather a fun knife and that makes up for it. Integrated sharpener is an awesome idea, but haven't had to use it yet. Been bushcrafting with the Myth for a month and a half now. Only had the Gerber Remix for one day. No problems yet. At first I was too keen on the locking mechanism of the Gerber Instant (Bad past experince with a Kershaw auto button lock. Won't go into details here.), but I have come to trust it now as the Instant has been my hunting back up and work knife.
