Hello, everyone,
I'd like to start a thread of lesser known knifemakers who do good work to get the word out on them. I am a fan of Mr. Dan Certo, at
www.relentlessknives.com and one of BF's own, Michael Burch at
www.burchtreeblades.com both do great work,
and you can get awesome deals on really tough knives because Dan sells them on ebay at very low prices, and Michael has gotten better with every knife he's done, and his first knives looked great too.

David Winston http://winstonknives.blademakers.com/

The fit and finish are his knives are nearly perfect, I have a hunter of his and I can't find a single flaw in it. His knives are also very affordable and you can easily pick one up here on BF in the makers exchange area.

Although he does get some mention, I don't think GenO Denning gets near the recognition that he deserves. He makes excellent knives for really reasonable prices.

I am all for the unsung heroes of the knife realm. Their time has come! :)

Burchtree and Winston knives are both excellent and great bargains. And good guys to deal with.
I'll add:
David Mosier aka DMKnives. Very nice blades for reasonable prices.
Wilson Knives. I picked up one of his friction folders, it's a great little knife, and was very low priced.

Why thanks gents, you got me blushing.

I don't know about me being one, but I second David Winston and have to add one of my favorite knifemakers to it -- Jason Cutter. It's time for that man to start seeing some magazine time.
