I had a minor problem with my Sebenza. Trust me, it was minor and the Sebenza was to spec. I did not think CRK sould solve this problem to my satisfaction. But when I called, they got Anne Reeve on the phone with me. I explained my problem. She said she would look into it and email me back. I knew she would, because I have dealt with them before. Her solution far surpassed my expectations. I am pleased to have my problem solved. But I am more pleased to make the acquaintance of such fine people. In today's business world, the Reeve family is a rare find.
 
Anne is a real gem....as are all the CRK team as best as I can tell!
Better products and service aren't to be found ....at least not on THIS planet!
They truely are perfection personified! [How'd that sound, Anne....now send my advertising pay :-)]

I just got my small Sebbie back about an hour ago from CRK, they sharpened it, tested the hardness and cleaned her up for me, the new edge on it makes the knife look like it just came out of the box new and they did it all in under 3 weeks and that includes the fact I sent it in during the week of Blade. Good service and I am glad I got my EDC back I was missing her bad.
