Unusual issue

i would like to start this by saying Ka-Bar is not who im blaming for this, but i am wondering if this has happened to anybody else and if Ka-Bar would be able to do anything to help. i recently ordered a Ka-Bar marine hunter off amazon and when it arrived i opened it up to see the Ka-Bar bowie, which wouldnt have been that much of an issue but the box said marine hunter and the sheath looked like it was also for the marine hunter because it was too small for the bowie. The company i bought it off of seems to not want to help make it right so i was wondering if Ka-Bar could
 
Try the seller again. If he outright refuses to make it right, put up a thread in FEEDBACK / GBU so no one else deals with him. Then send him a link to the thread and see if he decides to cooperate. Be sure to tell Amazon about this, too.
 
Amazon is great at assisting in these kind of issues. Contact them asap and keep them apprised of the status of the dealers responses.

Go the Amazon route. They are very good about exchanges. If you can't get satisfaction from them, I'll handle it for you. Either way, we want you to be a satisfied customer.

thanks, i have never had any issue with Ka-Bar but its nice to know the company and the people that run it are willing to do what needs to be done to make it right
 
hmmm, that gives me an idea. Toooj, I bought beer a couple days ago and last night I went to the fridge and the beer was gone. I don't what happened but the beer is definately gone. If I sent you empty 6 pack do you think KA-BAR can get me some new beer?
