Unusual Large Al Mar Fixed Blade Model?

I recently acquired a large Al Mar fixed blade. The knife is 12.5" oal with a blade of 7.25". The knife has sawtooth back and the the tip is double edged. The blade is hollow ground. The knife has a full visible tang, with what appears to be layered black and brown micarta handle scales. The handle ressembles wood and may be, but it looks to perfect. In between the handle scales and tang is a red strip. The handle scales have three hollow brass rivets securing it. The knife has a stainless bolster that is >1' long. The knife came with a balistic nylon sheath with pockect for sharpening stone which is included. The back of the sheath has several loops to allow for multiple carry positions. The sheath has a tag which reads eagle USA. The closest Al Mar ressembling this knife I could find is the SERE. Any idea on model, vintage and value? I can send pictures if that would help. Thanks in advance for any input.

Thanks for the reply, the link to the german site shows the SOF Attack which looks like the knife I have. Mine must be a older version with the nylon sheath (instead of leather) and brown micarta scales (rather than green). I did do a search before on google and this website and had not come up with much info previously.

If there is no SOF logo on the knife, then it is not. But if the end hollow rivet is slightly offset with respect to the other 2 and has a 3/16" (5mm) blade stock of 6A then it is a SERE VIII (3008A). The handles are actually green micarta. These were produced until at least 1995. And MRSP was $310. I am not sure if the Eagle brand sheath is original with this SERE model.
