up and down blade play after taking apart

Today I took apart my cs voyager large to see how the tri ad lock work plus clean the knife. never took it apart before and the lock up was solid no play in any direction. When I put it back, however, it got blade play. Not huge but not trivial. In fact, when the blade is fully open and being shaken, I can hear it rattles. Took it apart and put back two more time. Still the same.

Anything I might be missing or doing wrong? BTW, I bought it new from dealer and did not really use it.
 
I had the same thing happen to mine, but I thought it was because I tortured the living hell out of it, but only recalled play after maintenance. Perhaps you accidentally swapped the smaller triad bar pin for the stop pin and vice versa?
