Well folks, I just decided to buy a truck. It will be mostly a toy for me, so I'm gonna let some other toys go. All knives will come to you SHARP! I HATE to sell some of these knives, especially since I bought them new & am offering them at a fairly significant loss. Descriptions can be found below & here we go!:
You will find pics in the posts below. Knives added 03/16/2012 will have pics in post #19 & down. I can add pics as needed/requested.
1. First up is my Strider Mini SJ75. I bought it new around a month ago. It has been carried a few times and used a bit, but shows zero signs of use. It is absolutely minty fresh & sharp, perfect fit and finish... and I mean PERFECT. I will consider trading for a high end knife +/-$$$. As far as selling, I will let it go for $375 which includes Paypal fees, Shipping USPS Insured/conf., leaving myself with around $350 in pocket.
2. Next is my CRK Nyala... NO IDAHO MADE stamp! I bought this knife new two years ago. I have carried and used it off and on... I'd estimate carry of ~30 days & used around 20 times. I have touched up the blade a time or two & it will come to you with a flawless edge. There are a few scuffs on the blade, but VERY light... most likely just from inserting/removal from the sheath. The Sheath is in overall good condition. There are a few scuffs on it & it's a bit darker than it was new. I have the box/paperwork. The box got a little Miltec-1 (weapons grade lube) spilled on it, so it has a silver dollar size stain on it. I would consider trading +/-$$$. Personally I think the "Idaho Made" engraving that CRK is doing these days fuglys the knives, so IMO it's difficult to put a value on this knife. Obviously a new one can be had for $230 & I would not feel right about asking that since it does have a little "character." I will take $199 for the knife which will include Paypal fees & Shipping USPS Insured/conf.
3. Strider SnG CC, Stonewashed blade & Ti, Ranger Green G10 (looks much lighter in the sunny pics than in-hand): I have carried and used this knife quite a bit. This is the 5th SnG I've owned and it is an excellent example of what the Strider guys can do. There are a few little nicks and scrapes on the knife, but nothing that would excuse it from being a fine piece. The knife looks, acts and feels like a $475 knife. Perfect centering, ect... It actually has an incredible grind on it as well... almost Sebenza/Spyderco thin. It is easily the best SnG I've had to date.
4. Strider SmF Stonewashed blade, Flamed Ti, Dark Earth G10 (looks much lighter in the sunny pics than in-hand): Honestly, this is my favorite of the bunch. The knife is just fantastic. I bought this knife from BLue Line Gear only two months ago. It has seen some pocket time, but little use. The flamed Ti somehow got a little scuff which you can see in the pics. The blade centering is a tad off if you really want to be nitpicky, but barely.
5. ESEE-3 Orange G-10, OD green paint: The knife has seen next to zero use. I bought it from Knifeworks around Three months ago. I removed the coating from the blade & gave it a scotch brite finish... looks great. Not pictured, the knife will come with original packaging/cards/paperwork, Molle back & boot clip. Honestly this knife is better than new. It took me a while to do the refinishing of the blade. This "Ain't my first rodeo" & the knife is perfect.
6. Spyderco Paramilitary 2: I've had this PM2 for around a year. It has seen maybe 20 days of carry and very little use. Black G10 Handle scales show a little "polishing" from carry, but otherwise it is in perfect shape...no scratches & such. Perfect centering. Since Spyderco warrants the knife only to the original owner I will include my "gift" receipt.
7. Spyderco Military: I've had this Millie for around a year. The Millie is one of my FAVORITE knives, period. This Millie has been carried probably 30 times, used a bit and sharpened. It does show some polishing of the G10 and VERY faint scratches on the blade...hard to photo - faint. The blade is a little off center, but it never bothered me. For this price I hope it converts a lucky individual into a Millie-lover!!!
My asking prices are firm. Please contact me with ANY questions/requests! Until then, usual rules apply. First "I'll take it" gets it.
