Tremendous Job Everyone! The following information was sent to me today and I'm passing it on to all of you.
He believes that things are going to be ok. He sent the mortgage holders the money Wed. They received his 'Letter for Reconsideration and gave him a 30 day Extension.
The total they have received counting today, was $2905! He is trying to respond to everyone, and his wife is preparing handcrafted cards (a little slower, but more personal, kind of her way of giving back). They are not all done yet, but shes working on it.
He will also be sending a big Thank-you to the generous people who donated knives and to those kind people who bought them. Thanks to Don Rearic for getting this started on the Forums. And to Spark for letting this run in the Forums.
And they are finally going to get to go "SHOPPING FOR SCHOOL CLOTHES! Yes!
Not going hog wild, but it is nice to be able to get some at least, and it will make them feel like they matter too. They do but I think they kind of felt lost in the shuffle of this past month."
"We owe everybody a lot, and we do not take this lightly."
On that note, there is one person that donated totally anonymously, even the return address was theirs. The postmark was Wa. You know who you are Thank You so much.
May all your good deads and kind thoughts be returned a thousand times over.
