UPDATE: KERSHAW #2105 rotary lock -history, etc.

Even though this is listed as a 2100, the one I have is stamped 2105 and is identical.

Can anyone help me as to date of manufacture and how to grade a knife?
Kershaw does not reply and country knifes can't help either.
