Update my membership but no PayPal

Is there a way to update my membership to a gold again, but without PayPal?
I had my account locked with them and can never get it back as what they told me.
Sent a couple emails to mods but no response.

Click the normal link here then below the login for PayPal it’ll say pay with debit or credit. From there you should be able to use non-PayPal
