Hello, this is Connie. I just wanted to give all of you an update on what`s going on here. John will not be closing up shop, I just won`t allow it! :D He is way too happy doing what he does, and I sure don`t want him to go back to being the grumpy old man he was back in his days of corporate work. Believe me, we shared an office for the last two years of our employment there, and he was not exactly a joy to be around.
My hope is that my little business will take off soon, and that will be a help paying bills. I have a spot in the 4th of July parade to help advertise. We are going to decorate Alison`s black truck with pink boas, and signs. The girls will ride in back, and there are four of us that will be passing out the 2000 hot pink flyers I had printed up, hopefully that will get the word out.
Right now John is out back barbequeing pork chops, and drinking beer, so he is happy. Anyway, JK Knives will live on, no matter what.

Connie

If there is ever anything that we can do to help, please just ask.
Thank you for the update. In case John didn't mention it, I was really happy to hear about your recent good news.

Thank you for the update!! That is phenomenal news that John will be keeping the shop doors open:thumbup::thumbup:

I just counted my JK blades and I've got 9 in my collection with #10 being made this month....

Hi Boss -

That is great news.

I will be coming up in the next week as I have to deliver a laptop to a friend in Oak Forrest -

I will stop by your house and help you with the gallery issue.

Once we have that cleared up, you will be able to load up a bunch of pictures.

Thanks for signing in here and letting us know what the Boss had to say about the current turn of events.

Like Mack said, we were happy to hear about your recent good news as well!

very best regards -

Thanks for the update! It's great that the doors are staying open. I hope to pick one up here in the next few months.

Well the Boss has spoken, so that`s that! :D I wonder what she meant by grumpy old man?

Thats good news:thumbup: Though the blade bug has died down on me recently but I still love my JK blades. It would truly be sad to see John stop doing what he loves, making quality blades. John's one of the good guys, if you're in need of a quality handmade knife then get one from him. Not only will you be impressed with the blade but you will the man as well, a gentleman and a scholar(as my father always said:D)

I still can`t figure out who the grumpy old man is that she`s talking about.

That you are happy is what matters most; what a great wife/partner/boss you have! Best of luck to both of you!

Glad to hear it. With backing like that it's a win /win venture. John just keep grinding knives . Best of luck.

Great news!
I'm sorry I haven't ordered a JK knife before, been buying off the ex mostly.
I just sent an email about a tin knife nessie & would like to get more.
Your prices aren't over the top & are right in my comfort zone so I hopefully will be getting more.
I don't need a fancy knife,just a functional one or 2 or 4.....
