Update on job and other stuff

hello all,

Just wanted to let you know that the house selling thing is moving along pretty slow.

Also, my wife is pregnant again! (this will be number 5, Lord willing, that we get to see,but she has lost the last four pregnancies very early on)Great news, but may impede the move to upstate NY, if we can't get the house sold before she is too far along.

Anyway, I also wanted to say how much I appreciate this place. So many times I check in, and really get a good laugh, or a feel good story brightens my spirit.

Thanks for tolerating me around here!

Good luck with #5 & with selling the house. Everytime we've had to move for the job, our house sold ten times slower than anybody else's.

Don't laugh and I am not degrading Religion or Beliefs....
LIstening to a talk show last week. Trouble selling a house? Take a St Josephs Statuette, bury it in your yard, UPSIDE DOWN. Aledgedly , the house sells in a matter of days. After the house is sold, sneak back in and unbury the statue.
Another - Place something red in the far back end of the house.
What do I know, it took me 6 or 7 months to sell my Moms house after painting inside and outside, new carpet etc etc. At least I lost 30 lbs doing it. Naturally, I've put it back on. :D
 
Uncle Bill and Yangdu's forum is a place for people to talk about khukuris and their lives. I was glad to hear the update.

People should sell their houses like breakfast cereal. Take a picture of a chair that you don't want and put "Free, inside" on the for sale sign. :confused: :rolleyes:
 
House sold by weight. Some settling of contents may occur. :D

Bruise, you really should have a tv or radio show or something!
