I sent my BK-11CSM back to Kabar regarding some pretty bad edge chipping, and found out
today that I will be getting a new D'Eskabar by Monday!
I talked with Brianne last week, and she asked it there were any Beckers that would be
acceptable if the CSM was indeed defective. I told her that the D'Eskabar would be cool,
but left the ultimate decision up to them. I talked to Lynn today, and she told me that
a new knife was on it's way!
I can't wait to check it out!
Dealing with a company that takes customer service so seriously, especially with a discontinued product,
is so rare these days, that I really feel that a huge shout-out and THANK YOU is in order!
Now I just need to figure which Becker to buy next!
