Update to Gold Subscription

I know these things sometimes take time, but I just wanted to check and make sure there were no issue. I bought a Gold subscription early last week and still haven't been able to update. Any additional information or help would be greatly appreciated- I can't wait to see my name pretty and gold!

Thanks for the help! Hopefully I have this right- its just the transaction ID from paypal right? Anything else needed?

It will help Spark a lot if you post payment details, preferably by editing your original post to add them. As far as I know, if you pay by PayPal, it has to be entered manually just as overseas transactions must be. If you paid with a credit card, there may be a problem with it.
 
I edited everything but also I paid with my subscription with my debit card through paypal. I see that the payment has been processed, but I don't know if there is anything else I need to do.
 
Also I don't even see an option for permission groups in my settings tab- is that normal?
 
The payment may have gone through but Spark still has to enter the change manually. Permission groups will show up when he does this.
 
I can see that my payment went through on the 9th, but I still don't have any groups. Is the other payment system automated? I don't even know if everything went through ok, or if there is some weird issue. I know the whole 72 hour thing is sort of a flexible date. but it has been twice that and I haven't even heard anything. I've been compulsively checking to see if has upgraded every hour for over a week (since the payment was first actually made) and still nothing.
