I did and I am rotted... I have wanted a basic 8 since I first saw it but I emailed when some one else posted the go thread and I fell for it... Worst thing is I will end up buying the knife I want off the second market for a big mark up ... My fault I know but the time difference was tough with two sick kids... Anyways just wondering if anyone else got shafted by the person posting the fake go go go thread


Update... Just got my email and scored a b8.... Sweet!!!! Next time I will be more mindful of the fake go posts ;) I understand the need to do it but glad I still got my B8

I'd say the chances of you scoring a Basic 8 in this ganzaa are still pretty good.

Have patience grasshopper. You sent your e-mail in early.... All that means is you went back to the end of the line from the initial batch of e-mails. I have a feeling the B8 topic was so popular, the crew anticipated demand and you're probably okay. Nobody has received their e-mails yet from the ladies, so no need to despair yet. If you haven't heard anything two weeks after the first e-mails go out, then start to worry.

In the meantime... Don't worry be happy...

I've said this before, but the same thing happened to me two ganzas ago,, 2 weeks later got my email saying I scored my INFIdu,, don't sweat it!
 
I think you will be golden on the B8 dude! Which fake go did you go for? Mine or Dave Brown's?:o
 
It happened to me a few years ago, i just mailed again when the right Go appeared, and it was good, try it next time
 
Those goofballs got me on my first Ganzaa. Being a little giddy about the B8 I was extra careful not to fall for their shenanigans again. It took a couple of two or three seconds of staring at Pokeys post to react.
I am Hoping for the best. Good luck your Ganzaa

The fake "go" posts have become a tradition at ganza time. The key to spotting the real "go" is whoever is designated to post the real one (Garth, Jerry, Pokey), be sure they have "Moderator" below their name in the post (when Jerry used to do it, there would be many imposters posting "go" such as "Jerry 8usse" and so on).
 
It was that rascal Jerry 8usse that got me my first ganza, but I overcame and got my INFI regardless!
 
Just got an email from Lexi... Scored a B8...6-8 week wait time which is ok as I work out of country so the timing should be ok plus I will have it for the summer hiking trips so all around awesome ... Not sure if I should pair it with the sob or my infidu... Any suggestions?

Thanks... I have been looking forward to this being offered for a while and am looking forward to adding to my collection... Granted my collection is small but growing fast. My first Busse kin knife was a rodent 6 a year ago, since then I have purchased a ratmandu, an infidu, a syko 711, a rucki, a team Gemini from blade 14 and most recently a son of badger...

This will be awesome
 
Nice!!! Congrats man! I'm thinking between my B8 and my INFIDU,, I should be covered for most situations as well,,, although an Active duty and some battle mistress will eventually make their way into the mix
