Good afternoon, I am sure this is spelled out somewhere and I tried to locate it in the FAQ's and the search function. I have sold each of the knives in two of my separate posts and cannot figure out how to remove the price from the original post and then mark it as sold. I am assuming I edit the entry in some way. Thank you for the help!!

Hey, at the bottom of your posts, there should be the words report and edit. Click edit and you should be able to change the price to sold and any other things you want changed! hope that helps, Linus
Also, you can not delete a post entirely, so if you made a mistake or a double listing and want to delete one all the way, you can only remove all the text from the listing, and just write "deleted" or "moved elsewhere" or whatever you want.

Correction: If you accidentally create two threads, go to the bottom of the first post in the thread to be removed, click REPORT, and ask for the thread to be removed.

The reason for the 14-day repost rule is to give everyone a fair shot at the top of the exchange. Leaving a thread marked "deleted", does not help that. It still takes up space at the top of the Exchange.

Should've known :). I haven't made that mistake yet, so I am not too informed. My bad

I don’t think it says you have to remove price does it? I never do.

There is no requirement to remove the price. Nor is there a requirement to leave it. Seller has the option to do either.

If you need to make a change to the title of your thread,
> Go to the top of the first post in the thread. At the right there are three dots.
> Click the dots - that gives a popup menu.
> Select "Edit Thread" That gives a further popup, which has an editable field for the Title.

Ummm, OP is not showing a paid membership, so guessing that could be an issue.

Not sure. He cannot start a thread in the Exchange. He may still be able to edit an existing thread that he created when still a Gold Member
