Hey all,

Just wanted to drop in some pics of my 2nd BK. A 14 I just got today. I have not had a chance to do anything with it yet other than photos. So here she is

I have been considering carrying this as EDC so I shoved it into my wallet (money clip) just to test the ride. Its not bad, a little loose (moves back and forth) but the magnets help keep it in. This was just a filed expedient kinda of thing and I am not sure I will carry it this way.

So there she is all nice and purty.

I might strip the blade but I want to see how she cuts first.

BK16 will be here Friday!!!!

Ok, so this particular money clip is not suited for this purpose. I do not recommend this particular clip for this type of carry. I have not carried like this although I want to. It is a Route 66 leather money clip my wife got at Kmart ($15.00), and while the clip itself is somewhat high quality, it would seem the leather is not strong enough to prevent the knife from poking through the bottom in the event the knife is pushed farther down into the clip pocket. And the knife does move a bit in the pocket.

I suppose if I beefed up the center pocket a bit it would ride perfect. Maybe a thin kydex card/frame? I was thinking of running down to TLF and picking up a sheet and bending a little to see what I come up with.

The neck knife is fast becoming my favorite size to carry. I usually have at least an 11 and an Izula or Eskabar or a D'eskabar...

Ok, if I could change the title of the thread I would because I have a newest newest addition:

A 16 I got for the wife

here it is

I have not used it yet, but I can say this. I am going to end up getting another tweener, possibly a 15 or 17. I love this handle!!!
Thanks Ethan for creating the tweeners. They are, like everyone else says, "Amazing!"

Update: It's official.....My 14 has become my EDC knife. Since I got it I have not had any other blade on my person. Well, except at work. It's impractical for me to carry a fixed blade (except maybe a push dagger) while on duty. But after work and on my days off...the 14 is with me.....everywhere. Ok, ok, I do bring the 14 to work, but it stays in my bag during shift....

I just picked up a 14 last Thursday. Liked it so much that I ordered a 24 on Friday. Received the 24 on Monday. Stripped the 14 today.
