Updateing profile picture

I have been trying to figure out how to update my profile picture. I found the link in the FAQ but get a not allowed error. I was wondering how we go about this or has the feature been removed?

Click here. There should also be a link in your settings under "My Profile". If the link doesn't work and the link in your settings is missing, Spark will have to fix something. Same thing happened to me earlier.

I cannot find the link on my profile either. I was prompted to attempt this by another member asking how I got my initial picture up. Apparently others are having problems also. I have spent a few hours trying to find it. I have gotten the same error in the FAQ section.
 
Yeah, that's what I got after the changeover. Spark had to edit something to get it to work. He'll get you fixed when he sees this thread.
