Just a few pieces of good info that might answer some questions for many people.
The Rogers' Rangers line is only "temporarily" unavailable until we get caught up on our backorders for NG Rangers and VT Tacs...we should re-open the forge in less than 60 days.
In the meantime, Phil at www.2thehilt.com has RR Spikes, IN STOCK if you want one.
We still have some Minutemen left at the moment. www.1sks.com has T3's and Minutemen in stock as well.
The Brend Hatchet page is updated once again with NEW ad copy and pricing, http://www.americantomahawk.com/catalog/brend.htm
Let me also point out that www.2theHilt.com and www.1sks.com BOTH have Brend Hatchets IN STOCK.
We are NOT taking any more orders on the Brend at the moment, as we are currently out of stock and planning a HUGE production run. We will not make them available until we have them on the shelf, in stock, ready to rock! They should be ready in about 60 days or less.
This decision was also made on the NG Ranger...we are not taking any more orders on these until we catch up. The NG page has been updated to this end as well.
We continue to take orders on Vietnams because not only will we be filling all backorders by month's end, but we will have PLENTY on the shelf, ready to ship the first week of September.
As a company, ATC has been shifting its thinking and methodology on production and delivery to match what SHOULD be the standard in our industry for many of the semi-custom houses like us...make enough of them so their in stock all the time...ship it within 24 hours of order placement. If it's not in stock, then don't take a customer's money until it is in stock and can be shipped...not even a deposit.
I'm just sorry its taken over a year to get to this "revelation"
, but we are learning, growing, and taking our lumps along the way.
