Updating user group to gold

My profile still shows me as gold but when I try to change user group it says there are no user groups. I clicked on a link Esav posted but still say no user groups. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you just buy a membership and happen to pay via PayPal? If so those have to be manually processed by the site owner and will take a few days.

In that case it looks as though your membership has expired

Fixed it. Renewed my membership. Thanks for your assistance.
