updating user group

Recently renewed my (lapsed) gold membership-tried to follow the faq intructions to update user group-but there don't seem to be any group memeberships that i can click on. What next? Thanks.

What email link? There's a help link somewhere here that doesn't seem to work. The best place to ask is here in Tech Support, in your own thread, not hidden behind someone else's different problem.
