Updating user group

How do I do it?It's been awhile.Spark's instructions in the FAQ's are a little dated.

Click on Settings (top right) -> Permissions Groups and update your group display.

There are no "Permissions Groups" in settings anymore.

I re-upped about an hour ago with a CC.Maybe it's still too soon?

Thanks Revs,That what I was thinking,just wasn't sure.It's been so long since I let it lapse,I forgot if it took any time to process.
