Upgaded to Platinum Membership

I tried to pay for a Platinum Membership using Authorize.net, but it was declined. I then paid for a Platinum Membership using PayPal and received a payment receipt, but I still can't change my membership to Platinum. When I click on Group Membership, I don't have the option to change my membership. What am I doing wrong?

If you pay by paypal, you will have to wait for spark to enter the information manually. It could take a few days, depending on how busy he is. If you see pm's enabled in the drop down menu when you click on your name you will then be able to change your usergroup. He may also let you know if you are good to go in this thread.

I wouldnt try to sell until you can display your usergroup. If you sell as a reg. user you could get an infraction for "failure to follow forum specific rules". Thanks, i thought my title was kinda funny too, but it also reminds me to just keep my cool when things arent going their best.
