After finding a tin with a spam design and a little bigger than the altoids tin I took the oppertunity to snap a picture of its contents. When I changed tins
I added some sewing stuff more stuff to clean wounds and more band aids
My kit is a first aid kit with survival extres

Band aids, wound closures and such to the right
first aid creams, betedine tubes, cleaning/alcohol pads, meds to the right
fire steel and zippo tender sticks by the pry bar
moleskin in the bottom of tin
duct tape, brass wire, mini fishing kit, sugical scalpel, and sewing kit needles and safety pins inside thread spools
Black tape seals it when assembled, paracord wrapped, prybar stuck under paracord rides in left front pocket with a fenix EO-1

Good stuff. One item I've used in the field is a small tube of superglue. It has saved me from the more expensive option of stitches on more than one occasion.

One other suggestion I'd offer is to add an lubricated condom just in case you run up upon any nymphomaniacs in your travels and adventures. If not, you could always use it to carry water in case of emergency. ;) A button compass would also be a nice addition.
