upgrade declined every time i try

trying to upgrade and renew all my cards/tranactions declined

do i have to fill out all fields whats my customer id
do shipping billing have to match
is it a mac thing im pissed

Shipping and billing address must match.

For customer I.D., you need to put in your forum name exactly as it is spelled.

I don't think shipping and billing info has to match, but since nothing is being shipped, that shouldn't be a problem. Just click the box beside where it reads, Copy Billing Information to Shipping Information. Make sure the address you provide is the one that you have given to the credit card company.

When it comes to shipping addresses, you can provide your credit card company/companies with other addresses that you will be having stuff shipped to. The credit card companies must have these other shipping addresses on record, or they will decline the transaction.
