Upgrade Membership

Went in to upgrade my membership to Gold. It went to pay pal below it showed credit card or debit. I want to use my credit card and it goes back to PayPal. I will Not use pay pay they messed up an account so bad I cancelled the card after it took 90 days for PayPal to get their s### together. Is that the only payment option?

Tried to upgrade my account to gold payment options show paypal and use debit or credit card. Went to credit card and it took me back to paypal I WILL NOT use paypal. I had a problem with them in the past that took over 3 months and a lot of phone calls to correct.

Yes they finally posted a credit owed me in 2017 on a card that was cancelled so it converted to paypal credit which i used
