Upgrade Subscription

Hi, I just signed up for the basic subscription 2 days ago and would like to upgrade it to a gold instead. How would I do that? Do I get a refund and then purchase a new one? Please advise. Thanks!

Can I upgrade my paying membership to a higher level?

Sure you can! Just purchase the new membership level that you'd like, then click here to post a thread in Service & Support stating that you need your membership pro-rated. We'll cancel your old membership and pro-rate the remaining time onto the end of your new one.
