Upgraded - do I get a refund?

Hi,

I just upgraded from Basic to Gold and was wondering - do I get a refund applied for the difference?

You get prorated, not a refund. The amount left over on the basic is applied towards the higher membership.
 
I went from Registered User to Platinum. Do I get prorated for the balance of my Registered User? :)

You have to reaffirm payment, once you paid again your proration will take full effect. You have to buy the Pirate level for that to take effect though. Thanks for your support! :p

That's more than fair!:eek: Of course that assumes that RevDevil kicks in one of his "spare" 0801cfs. At the rate things are going, they'll be a grand soon anyway!

(Seriously - I spend a lot of time here these days and I was more than happy to pay for the privilege. The site is very well conceived, organized and moderated. I appreciate all of that)
