upgraded membership - need refund

I am a new member and I upgraded to a platinum membership.
Please pro-rate my membership, and grant the refund of the differance.
It has been 2 weeks.
How long does this take?

You upgraded from basic or gold? If you did you I don’t think you’ll get a refund just the value of your previous membership tacked on the your platinum membership.

As far as the two weeks. What was needed is that you post here so that spark and see it and take care of it.
