Upgraded membership not processed

On Feb 1 I paid $25 to upgrade my membership from Basic to Gold, but I'm still only a Basic member. I just checked with my bank and the PayPal payment did go through (albeit using my business account name as opposed to my personal account name). Is there any reason it is taking so long to get my membership upgraded?

You have to go into your user cp and choose gold

Sorry... those words have no meaning to me. What "CP" are you talking about? I see no USER CP.

Found it. Those instructions should be updated. There is no such thing as USER CP any more.

When you go to update your user group, you have to click on it to enable the Gold color. (Link is in my signature line.)
