Upgraded subscription?

I attempted to upgrade from Basic to Gold. I used the "Authorize.net" option. After I hit "Pay Now", the page re-loaded, and stated there was an error.

When I go back to the "Paid Subscriptions" tab, it shows both Gold and Basic memberships. The billing is showing on my bank webpage (OneStopKnife?). Please prorate my subscription, if the billing went through.
