If you paid by PayPal it has to be manually entered, so it can take a few days. If you paid by credit card using the automated system, click on "Settings" at the top of the page, then click on "Permission groups" under "My Settings" on the left side of the page then click the dot next to "Identify me as a membe of this group" on the Gold Member group.
