Upgraded to Platinum

Hello,

I upgraded from Gold to Platinum using payments. I got an email saying my credit card was billed, but I can't seem to upgrade my group to Platinum.

I go to my account edit user groups. The only 2 options I have is Gold or Default. Is there something I need to do, or does it take some time (I may be confusing it as my gold membership does not end until Feb 2012). I can send the debit card information if needed.

How exactly did you upgrade? Paypal, automated system?

• I went to http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/payments.php
• Selected Platinum Member
• Clicked order (1yr $50)
• Clicked using authorizent
• Filled out order form
• Clicked Submit (Then it stopped; Maybe there is another screen, but it didn't come up on my screen).
• I used my paypal debit card (Visa). I have attached the paypal screen. It shows up as pending so maybe something didn't go thru quite right. I will try again. I got an email saying that my visa was charged.

OK I redid the payment using Safari instead of Chrome (OSX). It took better this time and I got the option for the platinum membership level. Now I got to find a cool avatar etc.
