Upgrading a renewal

Hi guys. One of our fellow members just had the time run out on his gold membership. It had just been renewed to Gold again. But a few uf us would like to kick in to get his Gold renewal upgraded to Platinum. How long do we have to wait until we do this upgrade since his renewal was just done less than an hour ago? Can we do it right now and expected it to all kick in soon. Or do we have to wait until he is shown as a Gold member again? Thanks a bunch.

For what it is worth, the order number for the gold order is 64229. That was my order. If we can pay the $20 difference and get the platinum it would be great!

Worst case scenario, could you change or 64229so that it is for a platinum account and bill me accordingly? We will sort things out amongst ourselves then.

When I go on the page that allows you to upgrade someone else I see them option that lets me upgrade a Gold Member. But the upgrade states that it will bump the member to Knife Maker. We are trying to bump a Gold member to Platinum. Could a mod or someone please explain how this is done. Thanks guys.

This has been dealt with! Called them this morning and the order has been changed to a platinum account!
