Recommendation? Upgrading my VFD from 110v to 220v

Currently I have my VFD wired for 110v but I am getting a couple of 6-20R sockets installed soon. If I want to go for 220v can I just buy the 6-20P plug and wire it onto the other side of the VFD (after removing the 110v cord)? It looks like there is a switch (or a jumper?) in there and all I have to do is set it to 220v. I just wanted to check before I did, I don't know much about electrical.

Should we just guess which vfd you have ?

Take that model number, download the manual.
