upload pictures?

am i brain-dead? why cant i seem to find my "user control panel"?...and if i can, then why cant i find the "add album" features? either this is WAY more complicated than it should be, or im an idiot...please help me

The former User Control Panel of the old software is now Settings, in the upper right corner.

To upload pictures from your computer, you need to be a paid member. You can upload from a photo host like www.photobucket.com for free, though. This is what I do. I find it more convenient than the BF software.
