Uploading Pictures

I have been unable to upload pictures. It tells me upload failed and no further information. My files are .jpg so I am not using anything exotic here. I do use a Mac. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Not to technical please. Thanks in advance

maybe you should down size your picture
some forum don't receive big size picture
