This was a custom order that I finished just before the holidays and I figured it was about time that it was posted.

The blade is 4in long made of 1095 with a multi- bevel grind and hamon. The main bevels are hollow ground, the false edge is flat ground and the tip is convex ground. The bolsters are bronze that I heated to give an antiqued look. I also beveled the front of the bolster to give the illusion of a habaki and carved some decorative lines into it as well. The scales are antique elephant ivory. The thumb opener is hand carved bronze and made to look like a menuki. The titanium liners have been anodized a bronze/purple color and fileworked to resemble bamboo. The back spacer is textured on the inside and there is a small skull crusher formed from the end of the spacer. All the screw heads have been heat colored bronze.
Overall length is just over 9inches.
Thank you for looking,
Chuck

Wow! This is one of my favorite knives from you Chuck. Wish it were mine. Great work.

That is something else, Chuck! Beautiful work. Must be my favorite blade of yours that I've seen so far.

It's a very cool knife Chuck! My apologies for not posting Coop's picture earlier.. In another post, there were MANY comments similar to some of those here that it was a personal favorite knife of yours... What a fun and successful project! Both thumbs way up from me.. Best Regards, Rich
