My Urban Fudge with maroon canvas micarta arrived yesterday afternoon, just in time to take it out to dinner. It makes an excellent steak knife!

This evening I had a little more time to get it out with some other popular Busse knives in the same size range for pictures. The Fudge isn't the easiest thing to photograph, all that shiny INFI and curves, wow! But I done my best.

I also weighed them.

My SAR5 didn't make the pics above, but I weighed it along with the others since it's in the size range.

I hope this helps others get an ideal of size, I know it's hard to tell from pics on the web. One thing that surprised me, I was able fit the Fudge into a leather sheath I had for my Boss Jack. :)

Interesting, this version of the grudge is longer than the original

Unfortunately for me, I've never been able to score the original Urban Grudge. My Fudge measures 10 13/16" long, .321 thick.

The original urban grudge was based of the hg55 blanks so they were slightly smaller than the hg55. Mine measures a little under 10.5"

Here is a comparison shot with the HG 55, new UGLE, custom shop old style grudge, and old Cupidganza grudge.

Wilford Brimley <Hollywood closet HOG> just PM'd me and said that all these Fudge posts has got his di ahhh beat us actin up...and he's gonna have to go lay down.

So fellers, tone down the high carb Fudge content till we can get ol' Wilford back on his feet! ;)

Great pics! The HG55 handle never felt quite right to me in hand, but I'm regretting that I didn't get a Grudge or Fudge because they look like they would be very comfortable to hold. Hopefully they will have some available at Blade this year and I'll snag one.

Congratulations on receiving one of Busse's best offering's-Thanks for the pictures!!!

Great pics. I'm looking forward to checking it out.

I'm not sure you'll want to see it, it's hard to put down, despite its weight ;)

Thanks! The HG55 is different for sure, but I absolutely love it, one of my favorites. It would be pretty epic to find some Fudge with custom scales

Thank you!

That is one sweet piece of PORK!!!

Congrats!!!!

Thanks!

And I took a few more pics this evening trying to better capture the grind, and the maroon canvas micarta.

This pic shows the slight patina my steak left from the other night.

I am really liking that Maroon Canvas, looks like it just has small specs of a Reddish Color-Very Nice!!!
