Too bad I overspent at the gun show yesterday  I like the way it turned out and I really like the leather sheath. Great job on this one John......as always.

Really like this Hawk! Looks to be a very fitting name, as that design would fulfill the role of an urban tool very well.

SOLD! Not bad, less than 20 minutes. BTW - This one is stamped with a 1 on the other side.

First post on JK Knives forum & ORDER PLACED!

I've been researching a new hatchet/hawk for some time now
& have even been considering an RMJ Kestral or a Strider Med. Hatchet... though they
seem seriously overpriced. K5 looks nice.. but 4 lbs.!! Your design is a
MUCH better design in USE (forward curved haft) & looks! 11.5" MAY be a
little short for my use, but only time will tell!

I`m easy, I can make it a bit longer if you want.

This is beautiful. I'd love to see a picture of one in black micarta when you start rolling them out. Also, are there any other options on pins? I'd love to see it with steel or stainless steel pins (not a fan of brass, but it looks great with the wood handle).

Keep up the amazing work, thank you.

If I get an order for one in black micarta, I will be sure to post pics of it. SS pins can be had.
