Urban Survival forum?

Would anyone else be interested in a forum dedicated to urban survival? I volunteer to moderate as this is my favorite area of knowledge.

I spent some time emailing with Don and his knowledge on this subject is vast and he knows what he is talking about. I would still like to see a forum here too. Spark?

What would be the difference between an "Urban Survival Forum" and our present Practical Tactical Forum?

What subjects would you want to discuss in "Urban Survival" that you feel would be off topic in Prac Tac?

Ken's probably right. There may not be sufficient traffic to warrant a separate Urban Survival Forum.

However, may I suggest incorporating such threads into Wilderness & Survival Skills, by maybe renaming the forum to Wilderness & Urban Survival Skills. Seems to me it might be a better fit.

Well, I have a Website, which is what "Magician" is speaking about. "Urban Survival" is a Private E-Z-Board started by another Forumite and Myself last January if I remember correctly.

It was started because of an infestation of kids who have "football" in their profiles and only went into the "Tactical" Forums at BFC to whip their weenie out and yellow-wash the walls...

If you wanted a vast archive of Tactical and Martial Arts info, it exists right here at BFC, it's called the "Common Sense Self-defense" Forum, but it would have to be brought back as an archive.

What a shame.

Practical Tactical fits this bill already. Let's use the forums we have instead of trying to start a new one every week, no offense.
