Urban Survival Kit?

What would you carry in a Urban Survival Kit? I'm not talking EDC.
So far I've come up with a few ideas.

Knife or multitool (I'm thinking Swiss Army Knife)
Lighter
Cell phone
Cell phone car charger with 110v adapter
Cell phone charger pack
Flashlight with spare batteries
Small first aid kit
Cash in small bills
Bandanna
Length of paracord
Zip ties
Small sewing kit
Handgun and extra magazines and ammo (if you can)

What else?

Train and or bus schedule
Pepper spray
Book/magazine
Sharpie
Duct tape
Trauma bandage and or tourniquet (especially if you concealed carry)
Stainless water bottle

A compass.
A JK Tin knife.

I would add a pry bar if weight and size would allow it. Swap out the SAK for a Leatherman, full size older model with permanent cutting jaws. If you had room a little duct tape might come in handy as well as a contractor grade trash bag.

Gas mask, or at least a good dust mask and goggles.

Think in terms of city on fire.

OTC pain med of your choice.
Lip balm.
Tissues or a roll of TP.
Reading glasses.
Eye glass repair kit.

Also wrap that duct tape around a lighter or pen or wherever feasible.
