urethane sheaths?

I know the CRKT K-AT has one, but I also remember seeing another knife with some sort of rubbery sheath. It was shown as a white water knife, and the sheaths came in bright colors, like yellow. Think it may have also had a magnet molded into it. I'd like to get something like that, to get rid of kydex scratches on my blades, with a slimmer sheath made without those rivets, none of that popping sound when drawing and resheathing the blade, and no leather maintenance.

buck makes ballistic nylon sheathes for fixed blades. Kydex scratches look horrible especially on black blades.
