No, this is not a thread with pictures of my missing finger, but rather a few knives I found on the internet while waiting at the Urgent Care center. Apparently I have several spider bites on the back of my leg.

So while I'm waiting, I started looking at various knife retailers and thought I'd share some knives I came across that I'd love to own.

Wow, the spiders were using you as a buffet.
The Southard is nice one as is the RMK.

Nice knives.
Did you identify the spider that bit you?

No, I was just concerned with it being a brown recluse. They pretty much ruled that out though.

I hope I tasted awful too, you 8 legged bastard.

No disrespect, but this is probably the best quote I've ever read on the internet. Definitely sig worthy!

All kidding aside, I hope they take good care of you. I'm glad you went to get it checked out.

No offense taken. To make matters worse I was expecting a knife in the mail yesterday too. However it didn't get delivered. Feel free to use it as a signature line if you want. It's funny when I read it out loud.

Haha thanks! I move forward with your blessing, good sir. And that Southard is beautiful!

I was really expecting some crazy gash, but glad it was nothing tooo serious.. Unless your flesh starts falling off.. Then post more pics!

Don't worry you would know if you got bit by a Brown Recluse. I did one time and it caused an anaphylactic shock effect--fortunately one of my buds stopped at a CVS and slammed a bunch of Benedryl in me, which fixed me up til the next day, funny thing is I played an excellent round of golf that day, 68 at one of my favorite courses, Harbor Club on Lake Oconee--but the bite killed a lot of meat (read muscle) and left a nice hole in my leg for a while.

Oh and I like the Southard a lot also!
