URGENT-Pasadena Jnife Expo-No bags allowed

One of the unvioable tennants of knife shows is buy, sell, trade.....no brown bagging, but deals between tableholders and attendees is legit.....

Read this from the Knife Expo website.....

NO CARTS OR BACKPACKS ALLOWED IN THE HALL.

ONLY REGISTERED AND APPROVED EXHIBITORS MAY SELL AT THIS SHOW.

If you bring a bag, shopping bag, backpack, rolling suitcase, you will be denied admission until you dump it, either in your car or a friends car.....it cannot go into the show.

Either don't go to the show or don't bring a bag......the show sucked....worst show in my 25 years, sorry for the delay, hope this saves someone the effort.

Yes, I was at the show yesterday, and I did not even look at the website. Knew the where and when, why would I have looked at the website?

For a newbie it might not be bad.

It was not a great show for those looking to get a great deal on fighters and daggers as there just were not a lot for sale at non-dealer/inflated prices.

I was going to check it out after lunch. I knew about the non bag rule. I was thinking of just bring some with me in my car anyway in case I strike up a trade with someone. I figure I'll wear a few too. I have brown hair to my shoulders and will be wearing a black sports coat and black slacks if anyone wants to say hello. I may bring a mint brown/sage NMFBM for trade too among other knives.

If they sent me back to my car like they did the gentleman in front of me coming in I would have been pissed as well, not an easy venue to access today. I did like the show and enjoyed the folks present. I did hear the show sucked for table holders.
