US & UK mobile phone owners please see my thread in Community

I posted this in Community but it did not attract anybody from US or UK. It seems rather impossible that no one here would have mobile (cellular) phone so I put the topic here hoping to get some answers.

Fell free to lock/relocate it to Community - I know it belongs there.
