Christmas present for my uncle. Natural handle material: wood, stag or bone. Price $75 or less.

Looking at these, so far:

That Queen is pretty nice, but it's hard to beat a Buck Vanguard.

There are so darn many good hunting knives. You picked a winner right off the Bat. The Vanguard is a great knife as is the Buck 119.

Other great picks would be the Dozier K-2 but there is about a four month wait on most Doziers.

Also in D2 are the Knives of Alaska, great knives. I just picked up a Gerber Gator in s30v at Cabelas.

The lowly Mora knives are also very good hunting knives.

Our fine Makers here can fix you right up as well.

Marbles closed their doors permanently this year, most of their stuff was coming out of China and even Pakistan anyway.
