Hi Jeff;
I was at a fire where i became snared in some light gauge wire hanging from a burned heating duct. The tool I had at hand was my RC-3 which I carry to cut away from my SCBA harness as a last resort.
I made a loop of the wire and drew the edge down forcefully against the wire. While it did not cut the wire it did score it so that I could break it with a reverse bend.
Here is my question how hard would it be grind the top of the spine to have a file edge? So it could cut wire better.
I understand it would not be a very marketable option, but in it's niche that would be really sweet. Love the knife.
