I have a USB cable that I bought off the internet. This particular type has an end that allows a person to buy just the end that is needed without having to buy a whole cable. The connector is what I would call a phono jack, The same type used on headphones. I hope the picture represents this properly.

Anyway I bought this some time ago and didn't bookmark the website or save anything that would tell me where I got it. I have searched google and this website ( I think I got the link from a post on some forum here) to no a avail. So my question is: does anyone recognize this/where to order?
