USB keys/Flash Drives

Looking for one or more of these. What to look for? what brands? where to purchase?

My requirements: minimum size 128 megs, HiSpeed USB 2.0

These USB drive are awesome . . . don't see how anyone could do much on computer without having one for file transfer.
I have a couple of the LEXAR thumb drives. There are several "no-name" drives out there that are cheaper but I chose Lexar and have had no problems. You can find them new and sealed on Ebay very easily but beware of used merchandise. Also the Sony MicroVault is readily available there.
 
Tell you what, phatch...I have an unused but open Sony USB Microvault in 128MB from when I worked there (just left in April).

I have no use for it whatsoever...drop me an e-mail and it's yours.
